How long have you been playing disc golf?

13 years

How did you get your start in disc golf?

I started playing while in while in high school. I actually got my PDGA membership as payment for babysitting for a disc golfing friend of mine. It wasn't until I started to become better and better that I really became addicted to the sport.

What do you love most about the sport?

I love how disc golf brings people together! You can connect with tons of people from so many places through disc golf.

What makes disc golf better than the other sports you have played?

Unlike most sports, disc golf isn't so aggressive and brutal like you can tend to see. Yes, there are very serious aspects to this sport, but don't have the screaming and somewhat "rudeness" that you can find in other sports. Also, disc golf can be more of a personal competition game, which I love.

How do you approach a new course?

With excitement! I love the opportunity to play new courses! I have a variety of discs to utilize, so I'm sure I'd be quite capable of taking on a new challenge.

What motivates you to continually improve your game?

When people, especially children and females approach me and tell me how good I am and how they hope to play as well as I someday, that's so uplifting! I'm not even that outstanding by any means, but that is so heartwarming! And of course, I'm gonna do what I can to help them get started or improve their game, also.

What do you do to stay focused playing in tourneys?

Just breathe. One bad throw is not a bad round. Find your own comfort. Find your disc golf zen.

What’s your most memorable win?

My most memorable win would have to be the 2nd Taneycomo Throwdown. It was my first A-Tier win. I finally met a few pros at that tourney, and that's probably when I started to really get hooked.

What’s your most memorable disc golf moment?

Jonesboro Open in 2019 was an amazing time! It was my first real taste of an NT event! I'm so eager for more of these tournaments!

What are your top three favorite discs?

Justice, Crown, Destroyer

What are your top three courses you have played?

Lindsey Park in Tyler TX Disc Side of Heaven in Jonesboro, AR Burns Park in Little Rock, AR

If you could play any course in the world, which would it be?

I would love to go play in Europe, no specific course though.

Who is your disc golf hero, and how were you influenced be him or her?

Paige Peirce! She is ambitious! She knows what she wants to achieve and she strives for it! She is a beast and an inspiration!

What's in the bag?

Wraith, Destroyer, ThunderBird, Firestorm, Raider, TeeDevil, Seer, Justice, Truth, 2 Crowns, Judge

What non-disc golf hobbies do you have?

I love to travel and go exploring. Photography is a passion of mine.

Any superstitions you have before or during a round?

Not necessarily. The whole "nice" thing is somewhat in play. If something happens to the disc and someone happens to have said nice, sometimes I make a joke about it, but it's not really that big a deal to me.

What does #NoBadRounds mean to you?

#NoBadRounds means that no matter what, as long as you're playing disc golf, you're having a good round. Just having the ability to play is an achievement and should be celebrated. You may have a not so great score, but it's still a round a disc golf!

What do you love most about your FlighTowel?

It's kind of odd looking, so it's always catching people's eye. So when they ask "what's that thing?!" It's the perfect chance to explain the purpose and how amazing the ingenuity of this product is! I can't get over how genius FlighTowel is! Super design, they look great and work great! You just can't go wrong!

Is there anything else you would like to add to your Team FlighTowel profile?

I aspire to have a purple house!
