How long have you been playing disc golf?
9 years
How did you get your start in disc golf?
My dad started walking around the local course with his dog, he decided to start playing and I got into playing with him not too long after that.
What do you love most about the sport?
I get to make a difference being involved in running events and helping maintain my home courses.
What makes disc golf better than the other sports you have played?
I can play it at my own pace on my own time if I choose.
How do you approach a new course?
I try to just play the shots I know. Don't go for the plays that only sometimes work.
What motivates you to continually improve your game?
My game has kind kind of taken a back seat to my focus on running events lately, but I know I have the ability to put my skills together and play consistently good disc golf and I look forward to having time to make that happen.
What do you do to stay focused playing in tourneys?
Have fun even if my play is less than satisfactory. Don't dwell on the shots that didn't go right and just concentrate on the next shot.
What’s your most memorable win?
I've yet to get a win but shooting two rounds in a row about 50 points above my rating at the 2019 SeaTac Open was nice. Keeping relatively consistent for 54 holes in one day is not easy. I also like to kind of consider the events I run that go as planned as pretty significant wins. It's not easy to keep everything in motion and keep the majority of a large group of disc golfers happy.
What’s your most memorable disc golf moment?
Probably my second tournament ace, playing on a card with cool people that I know and friend on the card behind me also got to see it happen. And I kind of called the ace on a Facebook post the day before the tournament.

Järva Discgolfpark in Sweden
Who is your disc golf hero, and how were you influenced be him or her?
Keith Lionetti, owner of the local disc shop and a major part of the disc golf community in western Washington. The amount of time he has put into work on the courses is a major influence in why I have gotten more involved in the disc golf community.
Whats in the bag?
A mix of the Trilogy brands, Innova, Legacy, Discraft, and DGA currently.
What non-disc golf hobbies do you have?
Between playing disc golf, running leagues and tournaments, its been a few years since I've had time for other hobbies. Disc Golf takes up pretty much all of my time.
Any superstitions you have before or during a round?
not really
What does #NoBadRounds mean to you?
Always have fun or always learn something. You don't necessarily have to play good to have a good round.
What do you love most about your FlighTowel?
The classic FlighTowel is great for warming up or keeping warm during backups on the course. The Mini and Jr are great towels and staying attached to my bag make it hard to lose them. I also have my event logos on all of them and that's a bonus.
